- Visitors have to search again for the information the ad promised.

- Test a relevant service page with matching copy and a clear enquiry route.
Where is performance being lost?
I examine the journey from the traffic you pay for to the enquiries it generates. The depth of each check is agreed around your concerns, platforms and available data.

Audit & strategy FAQs.
View all FAQsHow much does a detailed audit cost?
The fee depends on the platforms, account complexity and depth of investigation needed. After discussing your concerns, I’ll provide a scope and quote explaining what I’ll review and what you’ll receive. Work begins once you’ve agreed those details.
What access will you need?
I’ll confirm the access needed for the agreed scope, using read-only permissions where available. This may include your advertising accounts and analytics. Relevant lead or sales summaries can also help assess quality. You grant access through the platforms; you don’t need to share your passwords.
Can you audit an account managed by my current agency?
Yes, provided you can authorise the necessary access. The review focuses on evidence and opportunities to improve performance. You can discuss the findings with your current provider and ask them to carry out the recommendations. There’s no requirement to move management to me.
How long does an audit take?
I’ll agree a delivery date when we confirm the scope. Timing depends on the size of the account, the questions being investigated and having the necessary access and information. The findings walkthrough is arranged as part of the work.
What if my tracking is unreliable or there isn’t much data?
We can still review the setup, targeting, ads and landing pages. I’ll explain which conclusions the available evidence supports and where it falls short. The first recommendation may be to fix measurement or collect more data before making bigger budget decisions.
