Greg Johnson on working with SmartPPC.
“What stood out is the transparency — our account is in our name, we see every change, and there are no long contracts. It feels like having an in-house expert, not an freelancer. Great to work with!”
Better leads start with the right searches.
An enquiry starts well before someone fills in your form. I review what people search for, what your ad promises and what happens after the click, so each part supports the next.

Google Ads FAQs.
View all FAQsHow much should I spend on Google Ads?
A sensible budget depends on the searches you want to compete for, your target locations and what a new customer is worth to your business. We’ll discuss those factors before agreeing a starting budget. If it looks too limited to support a useful test, I’ll explain why.
Is your management fee separate from my ad spend?
Yes. Your advertising budget pays for your ads, while my fee covers the agreed management work. The fee depends on the scope of your account. I’ll set out both costs, along with any setup or additional project work, before you commit.
How quickly will I know whether it’s working?
Timing depends on your budget, search demand, the condition of the account and how long customers take to buy. Early reviews focus on search relevance, spend and tracking. Judging lead quality and profitability takes enough enquiries and sales feedback. We’ll agree review points that suit your business.
What if I’m getting enquiries, but they’re poor quality?
I’ll investigate the searches, targeting and messages attracting those enquiries, alongside what the account counts as a conversion. Your feedback on unsuitable leads helps identify patterns, such as the wrong service, location or budget, and guides what we change.
How long do I need to commit for?
Ongoing management runs on 30-day rolling terms, with cancellation arrangements explained before we start. We’ll also discuss a realistic evaluation period for your campaigns, so you understand how much time and budget the work may need. One-off projects have a separate agreed scope and fee.
